Welcome to Miller Brands Customer Services. We are a small team with a big responsibility to provide the best possible service to our customers by always placing them first. FAQs

 

1. What time is customer services open?
Customer Services is open between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Orders can be placed during this time by email, fax or phone. We can also accept orders between 5.00pm and 10pm. 


2. Who do I speak to if I have queries on my order?

3. Who can I speak to about credit?
If your query relates to a delivery issue please contact Customer Services. For all other queries please contact credit control on 0844 8711921 or fax them on 0844 8716307.

 

4. How can I add a delivery address or amend an existing one?
To add or amend a delivery address please click here to download the relevant form and send it to us at customerservices@millerbrands.co.uk

 

5. How do I become a customer?
For new customer enquiries please call Customer Services on 01483 264118 or email us at customersetup@millerbrands.co.uk providing the following details:

a) Name and contact telephone number
b) Full postal address including post code
c) Type of business ( e.g. on trade/off trade)
d) Details of the brand(s) you are interested in buying


6. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by email (customerservices@millerbrands.co.uk), telephone (01483 264118) or fax (0871 813 0610). 


7. When can I expect delivery of my order?
The standard delivery leadtimes are order before 12pm on day 1 for a day 3 delivery (for example an order placed on a Monday before 12pm will be delivered on a Wednesday).

 

8. I am interested in taking my orders in full trunker quantities direct from brewery. How do I go about doing this?
Please contact Customer Services or your National Account Manager. Please note we will require additional information such as whether you intend to receive your stock duty paid and relevant details of bonded warehouses, as well all relevant supporting documentation.

 

9. Who do I contact about damaged stock? 
Please contact Customer Services on 01483 264118, quoting your purchase order number.

 

10. Am I able to cancel an order?
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been despatched from our warehouse. This will be before 12pm on day 2 of our day 1 for day 3 service.

 

11. What brands can I buy from you?

Our brands are: Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell, Miller Genuine Draft, Tyskie, Lech, Kozel and St Stefanus.


12. How do I report ullage?
If you believe you have a keg that should be returned as ullage, please follow one of the following methods relevant to your business:

a) Independent Retailer: Please call our technical services helpline on 0845 6520065     
     who will be able to advise you.

b) Multiple On Trade: Please contact your supplier/distributor who will be able to advise 
     you. Please note that credit will not be issued until the issue is resolved.

c)  Wholesalers/distributors: Faulty containers should not be uplifted from independent
      retailers without Miller Brands being given the opportunity to evaluate the fault on  
      site. Failure to do so may risk credit being approved. Please call our Technical
      Services helpline on 0845 6520065 who will be able to advise you. For distributors
      supplying Multiple On Trade customers, please call Customer Services on 01483  
      264118.

 

13. How do I become a draught stockist?
Please call our Technical Services Helpdesk at 0845 6520065.

 

14. If I have a technical issue with my draught dispense, what do I do?
