Supporting communities 

We want to have a positive impact on the communities in which we operate. As well as ad hoc gifts in kind we support both local and international charities related to our business and where we operate. We try to engage our employees in these activities as it brings benefit to us in terms of team building and stakeholder engagement.

Working in our local community

We engage with our local community in a number of ways. For example we recently hosted a networking event for small businesses in our offices and we've been down to the local canal to help clear the banks in partnership with a local environmental organisation. We also support the Woking Hospice through charitable donations and fundraising activities. The Hospice has running costs of £2.6 million per year and makes no charge for services.

Miller Brands is a company with a proud South African Heritage and we are once again pleased to be the lead sponsor of the annual South Africa Charity Golf Day. The purpose of the day is to raise funds for South African charities with the accent on HIVAids, children and education. All provide programs in one or more of these areas within the many cultures, creeds and traditions of the people in South Africa.
