Miller Genuine Draft like to do things a little differently and their forthcoming 'Urban Art Project' is a great example. Five street artists have been commissioned to produce one-off designs that will be transferred onto canvasses, sketch books, and t-shirts. From the 29th October customers will have the opportunity to win one of these limited edition items through a promotion taking place across 220 bars throughout Scotland. The campaign runs throughout October and November and also includes the featured artists taking part in live events within 20 selected bars, where they will produce an exclusive piece of art which can be won on the night.
“This campaign is a great example of how the Miller Way can be brought to life“ says Ibolya Bakos, Miller Genuine Draft Senior Brand Manager. "These artists make the extraordinary seem easy through their work, which encompasses the spirit of the brand. The live showcasing events will demonstrate the effortless skill and exceptional talent that the artists have. We aim to inspire those that enjoy Miller Genuine Draft to understand that the Miller Way is not about what you do, but how you do it”.
To highlight the activity, a unique Miller Genuine Draft branded Hummer will be hitting the streets of Glasgow and Edinburgh in October, transporting the 'Miller Street Team' to participating bars, and of course encouraging customers along the way to head to their nearest Miller Genuine Draft stockist.

About Miller Brands UK
Miller Brands was launched in 2005 and is a subsidiary of SABMiller, one of the world's largest brewers. Miller Brands have assumed responsibility for the development of all SABMiller’s international premium brands across the UK and Ireland; these include Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell and Miller Genuine Draft. Through its consistent pricing and distribution discipline, supplemented by engaging marketing activities, Miller Brands is bringing value back into the beer category. Sales are currently growing in excess of 20% year on year in a declining market and this is increasingly recognized and referenced by retailers.
